The dimensional control applied to the object of a project throughout its manufacturing stages is a key process to ensure the fidelity of measurements and dimensions of equipment and materials, their components and their relative locations.

Portable measuring systems are used for quality control in industrial assembly, not only for the design of various equipment, parts and accessories, but also in determining the bases of equipment and location references in industrial plants.

A comparison of the data collected with the design of the theoretical surface is made, obtaining the deviations of the two models quickly, being able to easily determine the validity of the manufacture.
